COMPOSER/ARRANGER AND
SOUNDTRACK CONCEPTOR

A passionate and inspired composer, Geoffroy Doyon can fulfill all of your musical needs as regards the training and style desired. He can also devise soundtracks which are perfectly suited to your projects (kür, figure skating, synchronized swimming, etc.).

Geoffroy began his career as a composer in 1997 by taking part in the composition of several songs (words and music) for the ska group Alaska. More specifically, he is the composer of the song entitled Ver de pomme, which has been # 1 on the charts of COOL 98.5 FM in 2001. He also created several big band jazz compositions and arrangements, mainly within the scope of his Master’s degree from McGill University in jazz interpretation. Since then, his repertoire has considerably broadened: he has composed many jazz, jazz fusion and Latin jazz tracks for Jet-Set. His know-how now covers every type of band, be they jazz or classical: orchestra, string orchestra, big band, brass quintet, string quarter, solo instruments, etc.
